Our Cocoon System: Why Rest and Consistency is Required

The Cocoon Method is our signature 6-week intensive designed for people who are tired of chasing symptoms and ready to give their body the consistent input it needs to actually change.

Here’s the structure: 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks — a total of 18 sessions. That schedule isn’t random. It’s built around what the nervous system and soft tissue respond to best: repetition, rhythm, and recovery.

When care is too spaced out, the body “forgets” the new pattern and slips back into the old one. The Cocoon Method creates a protected window of consistency—like a cocoon—so your body can downshift, repair, and reorganize.

The 18 sessions are intentionally split into two types:

12 sessions combine neuromuscular massage + cold laser therapy
These visits focus on releasing stubborn muscular holding patterns, decompressing irritated structures, and restoring movement quality. The massage component helps identify and unwind compensation patterns—often the hidden reason pain keeps returning. The cold laser then supports the tissue environment by encouraging cellular energy production and reducing sensitivity in overloaded areas.

6 sessions are cold laser only
These are not “lesser” sessions. They’re strategic. Laser therapy works best with consistent dosing over time, and these laser-only visits ensure your tissue gets a steady, repeatable signal—without interruption—so the healing response can build week to week.
